First snowfall of the season, November 6-7, 2000
in Lincoln, NE

With a fresh inch of snowfall, the early morning of November 7 , finds
only a little snow and ice on the roads due to recent warm temperatures
and warm ground temperatures.   The red maple is one of the few trees with leaves
remaining at this time of year.

The bradford pear trees are still in full green leaf.

This is a photograph of the East Campus, UNL, agricultural test plots
with a covering of the first snowfall of the season.
