An insurance agent meets with the owner of this residence and helps them begin
the process of filing an insurance claim.  They were at home at the time of the
tornado and took refuge in the center of the basement (THE RIGHT THING TO DO),
and they survived WITHOUT injury. Note their house is behind them and the house
to the right of them is a neighbors house.
