Two new AWDN stations, both located in Keith County, Nebraska, were installed during the month of June 2007. The Brule Platte Valley AWDN station (a251228) was installed on June 6, 2007, and the Brule North Table AWDN station (a251227) was installed on June 27, 2007. Both stations are sponsored by the University of Nebraska West Central Research and Extension Center, located in North Platte, NE. The stations will provide valuable observation information that extension agents can pass on to users in the Keith County area. Both stations data became available to online service users through the Classic Online system, and the CLIMOD system on August 16, 2007.
