***New Wind Chill Climatology Maps***
Source/Author: Natalie Umphlett - High Plains Regional Climate Center 11/30/12
HPRCC is pleased to announce a new product on our website – a wind chill climatology for the Plains portion of our region! You can check it out here (just in time for the winter season!!):
http://www.hprcc.unl.edu/maps/windchill/
You can also find a link to the maps under the Climate Products tab on the website.
Former interns Holly Lussenden and Dan Ebert were the primary contributors to this project, although many staff members have played a role in the development of this exciting new product. Many thanks to everyone involved!
Please contact us if you have any questions or comments.
